240 window motor
My passenger window will only roll down. Pulled motor and switched the polarity and it rolled up. The motor worked both ways by putting 12 volt and ground to either side. Cool so i thought it was the switch. nope still only rolls down. Any advice.

You have a short somewhere. You can bring it up here and we can take a look at it if you want.
