Screw Corey, do that and give me the money. You know I'm poor, I drive a Dodge Neon.

Yea I knew I wasnt the only one who caught that line there. You posted numbers, and corey just clowned on the fact that you're still under 200ft/lbs after all that work, and you got ticked off. As someone who understands corey's point about working for everything you have ever gotten in your life, I too sometimes have wondered where the money came for your long list of mods along with your two 20k+ cars. Some people have the money, and some dont you are absolutely correct, honestly I have friends who get everything handed to them and they would blow the shit out of anything here as far as what they drive, but to come back with a comment like what you said honestly pissed even me off, as some people such as I seriously do and have worked for every single piece ever installed on their car, and the effort they/I put in rediculously overshadows anything that anyone I know who has stuff paid for them can do. Try working 60-70 hours a week for 3 summers straight only to not even come up with the amount of money you spent in mods let alone the two cars values and you might understand. I've never been a fan of someone who hands their car over to someone else along with a big wad of cash only to get it back a few days later and claim it as their own, it's just something I dont think you will ever be able to understand by the statements you just made, and its something thats so much more.

I don't mean to hate on you, in fact I congrat you on the accomplishment of getting that dyno, but just as you yourself have now so blatantly pointed out, it was nothing more than a sean wagner money competition (sorry sean when I think of money on this board I just see that damn picture of 35k, I dont mean to hate on you, just playing with that competition thing). As I mentioned corey was just joking with the torque comment and obviously you took it too harshly, but then again I made the same type of comment in my post as well as many others, it's just a fact that you're going to have to deal with when owning a car like that. Just please dont make comments like what you made as honestly you seriously will never have any idea what any of us truly put into our cars and don't understand the seriousness of the pandoras box you just opened up.

I dont bash people who have more money then me or who are well off. All I did was post up some dyno numbers and its my car and I can do what I want with it, So stop hating and grow the fuck up...
It's not that my daddy won't buy me those things its that I don't let him hand me crap like you do of course. I compliment the guys who put the parts on for you and tuned it for you, I honestly do. Also tell your dad good job too on buying it, he's awesome, ask him to teach you how directional tires go on as well. I honestly doubt you have come close to paying for the stuff I do on a daily basis. I don't hate you on your financial status, though I can totally hate on how you do about none of it, know none of it, pay for none of it, hell anyone can comment on that.

it that 315hp was at 5250rpm, the motor would be making 315tq. its a mathematical equation.....the more a motor revs, the less it ability to produce torque.

think about this....a high strung i4 motor revs to 9,000 rpm. a standard fair va runs to 6....6500?

torque peak is at what 3-4000rpm on a V8? THATS why torque is so high.

i keep forgetting the equation but its real, its true and it holds all the answers as to why a cars powerband looks like it does.

Torque=5252*HP/RPM

My motor revs to 6800 before I shift, and can go much further without any big deal, and I should make closer to 300ft/lbs, although I've never dyno'd it. I dont really see the point. Sure domestics have to shift like semi-trucks, and make gobs of torque down under, but you dont have to lose torque completely to get the best of both worlds. I think Type-R's were made for autoX, said and done, they were never meant to be drag queens.

Type R's were made for road course racing(all development of the car was done on one), they are just good at auto-x too.
