Alright, so I got a certified cashiers check (auto loan pre-approval) for $19k and the car I was originally going to get was sold before I was able to check it out. Now I'm looking at a couple of very well built RX7's (one of which is this beast boasting 600hp http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...00&cardist=220). Just wondering what some of your thoughts were in regards to the rotor motors, i know im going to get alot of responses saying (LS1 swap) but that is out of the question. Are these rotor motors reliable? I know very little about mazdas (domestic guy) so any help or advice would be awesome!
holy shit, i just realized im the 3,000th thread with this title, sorry fellas
i agree, but my problem is that i have a very bad driving record (D.U.I. a year ago and a few speeding tickets), so im thinking something a little older would be best for me because a C5 would probably run me between $300-$350 a month for insurance.
would you happen to know much about FDs? i was all about them until a mechanic at Japanease Auto Masters dogged them. He stated that they are extremely unreliable and don't last if modded. True?
