changed! heard it might be worse over there...but it may be better than VA...im moving there in three weeks for school

what the heck is felony failing to signal? What entails the crime "generally" ?, how the fuck can you charge somebody with felony view obstructed?? what is "on parking lots etc", and how could that be a misdemeanor or a felony? That list is a straight license to shake VA residents down. and all that is on top of normal fines and court cost. Good luck with that one, I just got my WV license today. I told the WV DMV they may want to mail my old license back quickly to VA before they get charged a holding fee.

I don't know for certain but one would assume a felony charge would stem from causing a nasty accident via not using a signal or some stupid reason.

How is the judicial branch raising revenue? This is a law that was enacted by the executive branch, just like every other law, and enforced by the judicial branch. It's just an additional fine for dumbasses that can't follow simple traffic rules.

Fines and penalties not supposed to net gain. Thats what taxes are for. They're raising revenue by convicting people. "Hey I could convict you even if its kinda iffy and make a buncha money and get a raise" Where money is, greed and corruption are sure to follow.
