yup, va sucks, and for anyone that drives on 28 EVER, there are ALWAYS cops on there and there is ALWAYS an undercover stratus and a few others...

x2, there were 3 moto cops on 28 parked underneath the rt 29 overpass in centreville tagging cars this morning.
