RK CHEVY NEW CARS HIRING
i have no idea whut you guys are talking about but you all could be right. i just comein and do my shit my managers are cool as shit and iget paid and dont really bust my ass too hard
About 4 years ago, I guy i worked with went carhunting and got completely fucked by them. He ended up trading in his nice early 90's hatch and refinancing a 01 Toyota GTS from them. Less than two week later, he gets a call from someone in their financing department asking him to come up with the car, but didn't tell him what it was about. Like a dumb ass, he doesn't ask why and drives up with the car.
They lead him in a room with the regional manager and the sales guy that sold him the car. The manager tells him that his credit wasn't good enough and that he would need a co-signer for the loan. He said that the reason they approved the loan was because they ran his father's credit, which they did, but they also ran my friends credit after he explained that he and his father share the same exact name and information. My coworker then tells the manager that the sales guy knew this and knew that he wasn't going to have a co-signer for the loan. He is told that since he isn't going to have co-signer that they were going to take the car back and void the loan.
At this point, Dan(coworker) is done arguing and asks for the keys to his hatch back.
It now gets interesting, they inform him that the car he traded in was no longer on the lot and had either been sold or auctioned off. The regional manager then goes on to tell him that car he traded in was only valued around $500 minus the mileage for the miles he put on the GTS for that two weeks. RK gave him somewhere close to around 2500 for the trade in but handed him a check for like $300 dollars for the hatch.
What is sad is Dan just bitched out and didn't take any legal action against them.
