Warped Tour
I wish I had realized there was already a topic for this. I started a thread in off topic today. lol
I'll be there! Just printed out the tickets! Hope to meet a bunch of you fuckers there. Can someone suggest a good hotel in the area that isn't going to make a broke motherfucker walk funny when he pulls his wallet out? lol.. My girlfriend and I are coming down and are hoping to stay the night before the show and the night of the show, and head back to Roanoke the next day.

Is it safe to assume that if my seats are in the 600 range, it's the lawn? I don't think I've ever been to this particular venue before. I've been to amphitheaters, but I had better seats in the past. If I'm in the 600 range, I'm going to try and figure out a way to pack some chairs into the Solstice. lol
umm. the warped tour isn't like a regular concert. there are usually 6-8 stages, and you don't have seats. you just wander from stage to stage to see your favorite band at the moment. if you bought a ticket other than the cheapest one available, you got ripped off.
I was just curious if we should bring chairs or at least a towel or something. I don't know how long it's going to last, but with a lineup that long, I would assume it's going to be relatively late at night before it's over.
it lasts a long time. the main stage has seating if you want to take a break (plus there's almost always someone playing there). it's a pain to lug around anything other than a t-shirt all day, because you will be moving around a lot. I don't think I've ever seen someone bring a chair.

okay... thanks for the tip! I was just afraid we'd be unprepared. The last thing I want to do under any circumstances is be unprepared. That goes for anything!
