i know nagoya in chesapeake has uni. i like going to 757 on monday nights, because they have free sushi.. you just have to be 21. if you tip the guys good they usually bring some tuna tartar and a couple of rolls to you. it's on the corner of seaboard and princess anne rd.

Try it out, it's worth the drive.
Toyama's quality has slipped in the last year or so. Cuts have also slimmed. I can't wait to get out of EC, home of the double deep fried, belly hanging out, uncultured. It's truly amazing what passes for quality dining here.
