Go to Smithfield. You better get to the Suffolk one early if you don't want to wait.

 

poquoson is by far the fastest one i have ever been to. took me about 15 to register my hatch. and the majority of the time was trying to get my card to work

 

Go to the dmv website and look up the dmv "select "locations, they are in and out every time ive been there. I used to go to the one in city hall by the courthouses in va bch off of princess anne. The only thing you cant do there is license transactions. I registered my car in about 10 minutes at that location while i was paying my city vehicle taxes.

You are out of your mind. Goto Military Circle and tell me Buckner sucks. I've never waited less than an hour at Military, and never more than 30 minutes at Buckner.

 

If you feel like driving a little ways, I would say go the the smithfield one... I always go there because there is next to no wait.

 

+1, last time I went was on a saturday. The wait was less than 5 mins.

I don't see the point in driving 30+ minutes out of your way to wait 10 minutes, when you can go 15 minutes away and wait 20 minutes. You're just wasting gas and time.

 

I usually go to the one on Popular Hall and its never taken me long there.
