i have an AGP Invidia 6600 graphics card i can get off of cheap. Works great, my old computers mother board took a crap an my new PC uses PCI express cards.

I have a cheap motherboard with an added NIC that works great. Pentium 4 3.2gig processor, and 1gig of PC 3200 Corsair ram. 
All you need is graphics card (AGP), hard drive, case, mobo, monitor, and you're good to go. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse as well.

Do an ebay search for barebones. You will find some really good deals on stuff that usually includes case, motherboard and processor. Usually you can get quality stuff there too, for good prices. Someone already mentioned newegg, check there as well.
