I live right down the road from there at Pines of york...a little cheaper but not as nice as belmont.

That reminds me, YEARS ago, Pines of York sign had individual letters on their sign. Some smart ass swapped the letters and it read "PENIS of York" That was too funny! Sorry, just had to relate.
