well i have to go to court...doing 78 in a 55..on 64...i told the officer i was just trying to get home cause it was like 1am and i was tired, i know she could tell when she looked at me...so i hope i dont get any jail time...Dam my first ticket in almost a year..my isurance was about to go down also..fuck!!! i hope the judge is cool and just charge me with a fine...but i know hampton cant be as bad as Virginia beach, id rather get caught speeding anywhere besides virginia beach.

 

i got busted for 105 in a 55 in hampton a year ago. i got a 750 dollar fine and 30 days in jail and a 30 day suspended license. but the judge suspended 500 dollars and the whole jail time for 2 years. so i have to be a good boy for another year and a half. i forget what the judges name was, but he was yelling at some girl before i went up there so i thought i was screwed but i was polite to him and ended everything with "sir" and he was pretty cool with me.

 

I got doing 105 in 55 cop wrote the ticket for 74 in 55 went to got told the judge my speedo was broken should he a receit from the ack dealer when I unpluged the speed- o and had them fix it got it dismissed

 

virginia beach isn't that bad for tickets... i got 65 in a 35 - dissmissed
another wreckless, illegal equipment, and noise pollution, plus a wreck... lol... got my license suspended for 3 months and some community service. but hey it coulda bin worse..lol

lol thats fuckin funny.. the best u can hope for is to try to get a continuence or hope the cop calls in sick. or better yet doesn't show up at all

 

dam 78 in a 55 is nowhere close to 105mph..lol. im just gonna tell the judge the truth..i was just in a hurry to get home thats all..oh well ill take anything but jail time...lol.

 

just tell the judge you had to use the restroom lol.

if itz ur first ticket see if u can get a prayer for judgement......that's when u get ur case thrown out but if u get a ticket during the amount of time the judge specifies, u get both tickets and i think both court costs .....i always tell people b/c it doesn't hurt to ask....i did it about 3 ys ago and got let off, then got another ticket and the judge asked me if i ever got a ticket and since the p.f.j. didn't count as a ticket, i told he no and got let off
