police damn well better file charges against the cadi driver. that's the most common motorcycle accident, someone making a left turn in front of a motorcycle who has the right of way. you know damn well if speed or any other reckless behavior was involved, then they would have hyped that already, but they didn't, at all, so my guess is the rider was completely not at fault. so sad to hear another rider losing his life b/c some cager wasn't paying attention.
Thurston said the motorcyclist was traveling south on Jefferson when a driver in a 1993 Cadillac made a left turn in front of him. The motorcyclist ran into the side of the car.

FUCK!!!! RIP... I'm getting a bit paranoid now, may be a sign. Just yesterday i fell like a dumb ass and dislocated my shoulder, now i cant ride for TWO months. SIGH!
I worked with this guy on the USS Bush. He was a great guy, and loved to ride. He will be missed. It's weird cus I just talked to him Friday at work, and now he's dead...
I bet they don't press charges against the driver. I mean come the fuck on.. No liscense, no insurance. It's fucking pathetic how little thought they give to us.

Yea its bullshit. If he was obeying the law and not driving due to his suspended license, the guy would still be alive. He needs at least vehicular manslaughter charges.
