alright this thread should end about here.... jsut lettin you guys know... i mnot trying to make this a popularity contest but im trying to this thread as a warning to what he's done and to give you guys a heads up.... i was really close with the guy no joke almsot everyday we hung out... but the things he did was definitely not legitimate at all. end of thread.

My involvement in this situation has somewhat been truthfully depicted.

Let me start off by letting people know how I come into this situation at all.

Ninja said he needs money desperately to pay his girls tuition, rent, etc. He offers to sell his car to me. I told him my price, that he had previously rejected before, and he said he'd call me back.

So he calls me back and tells me that he's on his way to drop the car off at the shop and for me to make sure I'm there. When he got there he called me and I was there about 15 min later.

I told him to let me look over the car, drive it, etc. He said that I can do that over the weekend and just give him the deposit money so he can get to his girl. (Funny how his girl is always his scape goat)

I take him to the mall to meet his girl and give him $1000 cash as a deposit. He tells me not to tell his girl about what he did, etc.

So I get back to the shop and I realize a lot of stuff on the car that I don't like. The paint isn't as perfect as he said it was, the gas gauge didn't work, the car would run intermittently, he had taken the HIDs out in attempt to sell it to me without the HIDs. There was plenty of things that made me not want the car.

The time comes when I have to pay for the car and I told Thai all the things that I did and did not like. He said alright then, let me go get your deposit money and I will be right back. (Before he left he went into my personal shop folders and grabbed out the cars paperwork).

He shows back up at the shop and inspects the car here and there and is like where is the keys. I ask him for the deposit money, and all of a sudden he goes "OH, that was non-refundable bro".

So we go back and forth on this case for a while. And I end up giving him $3000 and I owe him $1000. Cause I didn't want to get hustled for my $1000.

Raven was there for all of this, you can ask him if you do not believe what I am saying.

I was given until 09/29 to pay off Thai.

2 weeks ago Joey comes to me, pretty distraught about all of this, and I tell Joey that I will figure something out.

So we both call up Thai and tell him the situation and as he stated previously in this thread that he agreed to what we had decided on doing.

So I scrounge up money to pay Joey with and pay him, and Thai said that this would be the end of the situation, as I thought as well.

Then I get a call from Joey like 2 days ago. Apparently Thai charged more on Joeys card than he was allowed to. I gotta admit, I would never let anyone use my card, so they were both equally at fault, but Thai is in his 30's and Joey is barely 18?? Come on Thai, at least you should of had the decency to tell Joey how much you really spent.

Oh well... That is my situation with Thai, and I have no beef with Thai nor Joey.

What Joey is trying to do here is warn other about the type of guy that Thai is, apparently a lot of people try to do that about me, without any true factual information, but they still try, so why can't Joey do it? Right?

Thai has also put other members on this site in a pretty bad situation, esp. 4DRGSR. Thai got a deal on renting a truck from him and he hasn't returned it nor has paid him, but that isn't my business, that is between Him and 4DRGSR and he can post up if he wants too.

Well, the truth be told Atif.. if you want to be drug into this.. I will let everyone know what went down..

Besides your shady pass, I decided to let it go and be cool with you. You knew everything ABOUT the car before I decided to sell it to you.

You deposited 1,000 on FRIDAY and said You'd pay by Monday.. Tuesday came around.. I sat at your shop from 1PM to 8PM all day.. while you told me your dad was on the way over with the rest of the money for the car... I waited ALL day patiently.. then u ran off to help your friend with a flat.. i was even patient about that..

Wednesday.. I come there askin if you have the money.. you tell me your dad backed out and that you didnt have money for the car or rent. You said if you were to pay me you would be flat on rent. I'm thinkin to myself.. what type of shop owner dont have enough money for a blanket.. either you were bullshitting me or truthfully didnt have the money. You asked if you could have the end of the month to pay.. I said NO.. thats when I left and came back with Raven to pick up the car. I said no refund on deposit because you flaked.

After I threaten to call the police.. you followed me around the parking lot while your "workers" were in the shop attempting to strip the car apart.. which would have been a crime anyways since the car was still not yours.

Then by a miracle... you had the 3,000 and through all this bullshit.. i still gave you benefit a doubt and let you owe me an extra 1,000.. and that was suppose to be paid by the end of the month.

2 weeks ago.. you calling me giving me an ultimatum saying if I dont accept the deal with Joey then I wont get any money back. You took advantage of the kid in this situation and Joey admitted that you did take advantage, but there was nothing he could do because he needed money.

My question was.. what did this have to do with you Atif besides you trying to get out of paying 1,000 dollars. This has nothing to do with you. Until you decided to play super hero.


and the deal with John and the rental truck, once again.. you want to get involved.. I talked to cooperate already so it has nothing to do with you or John anymore.

 

Where the HELL is OPERA...this would be a great show.
