Haha that brought back old memories, I had one of those on the trunk of my Mustang back in the day.

Good looking cars all around. The fd is in a league of it's own.

 

Has the FD been painted... there's a noticable difference from the door/quarter panel vs. the fender.

 

I spotted that on the passenger side too.

 

Yeah I thought the same too when we first picked up the car but I dont believe it has. When you look at it in a certain lighting it can give off that appearance - the panels on these cars dont always reflect the same - the bumpers do the same thing on all FDs - they have a different tint to them in certain lights.

The body shop we brought it to last week said the only thing they see thats been repainted is the front bumper - quarter panels havent. Either way it doesnt matter, its going into the body shop in a couple weeks when we get the 99 Spec bumper in - everything is going to be repainted cause we want it to be immaculate inside and out.

 

Black w/ 99 spec... I'm envious.

 

me like the fd it sounded very nice the flames were hot .the only thing i did not like from the cruise was that fucking lincoln sedan that was spitting up rocks and i started swerving like i was caught in the matrix lol

 

Yeah fuck that guy. I dont know who the hell he thought he was, but hes definitely not as cool as us.

His old ass Lincoln Continental was spitting up huge white rocks all over our cars as he tried to hang with us up bent mountain, running himself and all of us off on the shoulder of the road.

It made things sketch and unenjoyable for that stretch of the trip - until we could get around him.
