I'd tell them to stray away, most people I talk to from there felt like they got/get fucked 6 ways from sunday in the service dept....and I've talked to a lot of people about it. Nothing but horror stories so far.

Really? They said the oil change was $160 every 12K miles... I expect that from a Mercedes place. I've seen tickets cut on BMW/Mercedes work and that shit is ridiculous. That's the price you pay.
I don't know anything about the place though... I didn't talk with the salesman. My parents don't know much about cars so I'll make sure to go up their and have a talk with someone at the place.
I'll ask some questions and see how they react. If I don't like the place, I'll tell them to go somewhere else.
