Hall is the devil.... this is from when I was a GEICO adjuster. If you go to any dealer shop take it to Phillips. Otherwise go see Dreamworks or SoM.
Dreamworks is still open and running... Jeff is out of the picture.
BTW dreamworks guys... you might bet more business if you post up what happened so people feel more comfortable about dealing w/ you guys.
Right now to the average joe it sounds shadey.
