the main point there was to "MAKE UP" a bill of sale, make the courts think you sold your car, it could show some kind of epiphany in maturity and responsibility, yes this works or at least it did in my case.

Everyone might say that your fucked, but you might get lucky! I went to court last January for 146/65 along with use of a radar dectector, excessive noise, window tint and other bullshit tickets. I didnt waste my money gettin a lawyer either. I went in plead guilty to all charges and walked away with the following: Report that friday for a night in jail, $500 fine, 90 days suspended license and 2 years driving probation. This was in Spotsylvania, Va by a state trooper also. Just pray you sumhow get lucky!

Dude get a good lawyer, take drivers improvement, sell your car, and by the slowest geo metro you can find, better yet a freekin scooter. Do whatever the lawyer says, and act VERY remorseful in court. Chances are you will prob get a 30 day sentence with most of it suspended, and than eventually stricken from record upon no further future infractions. But than again Im no legal adviser, but my friend Phil went threw a remarkably similar experience, thus my advise.
