isn't anything over 100mph automatically felony speeding?
No! There is no such thing as felony speeding in Va. Once you go 20+ over the speed limit or 80mph+ in a 60 or 65 zone it's "reckless driving: speed" under Va code 46.2-862.

supposibly theres a law stating that if you a exceeding 100 miles n hour and the cops chase you. you should be able to get out of it because in the state of va there are not allowed to go into high persuit or some shit like that. So what I would do would be to talk to your uncle see if he could do anything for you and then also get a lawyer and see if they can use that law to fight your case
Wrong.
edit:NFCstang covered it very well.
