Very. very nice merkur! Guy I work with had his die on him recently...may have popped the head gasket...I may try and talk him out of it and pick that sucker up as a project car....

It actually pops out a little, part of the .32 drag co efficency and ability to go to 150mph in stock trim.. My guess is keeps the rear end following the front end and not getting all squirly on us... hehe

I almost bought a nice 1986 XR4Ti in 2000.
It was only $1,600 had just 45,000 miles on it, leather and 100% mint.
But the guy selling it was weird as hell and after seeing the car for the first time I could never get him to answer his phone again as it was always busy and I gave up after a week of trying.
