Can someone in W VA help me
Ok I am in the 757 area. I am from a state where we dont get snow often. I have 2 younger boys and would love to bring them up for a weekend trip to one of the ski areas around.
Now can anyone help me on a good place for "NOOBIES"? perferably cheap incase they dont take to it right off.
Thanks again

West Virginia has an excellent resort called snowshoe. www.snowshoemtn.com

Haven't been in a few years, but Massanutten, (in Llama's link) used to be very reasonably priced for night skiing (I've never been there during the day). Wintergreen is a good bit more expensive, and I found it icy, as the slopes face the sun if I remember correctly. I'd reccomend Massanutten. Closer than Snoeshow as well if you are coming from 757.
Go on a week day, its much better...or just spend a lot of time in the terrain parks and black diamonds...there aren't many noobs on those slopes.
Sadly, there are. Last time I was there, I was waiting behind some trees on a black diamond slope, when some newbie on a snowboard slammed into me, breaking the toepiece of my Marker MRR bindings, and breaking one of my carbon fiber poles. He got up, said "oh, sorry", and proceeded to head on down the hill, falling many more times in the process. His lack of exprience/brains cost me $400.
