I live in Warrenton, VA and I got pulled over a few nights ago for window tint. I have had my windows tinted for over 3 years and have never caught any s*** for it. I have even been pulled over for speeding and the cops didnt question my windows being tinted.

They are: Front 2 windows - 20%
Rear 2 windows - 35%

Is there any way to fight the ticket and get out of paying it or having to remove it?

I was thinking that when I go to court, If i tell them that the car has been inspected for the past three years with out any problems, maybe I can get out of it.

For anyone else that has got a tint ticket, how have you gotten out of it?

you can
go legal and remove them then show the judge photos
pay the ticket and hopefully you dont get pulled again

oh yah state inspectors dont check tint btw

 

Pay the ticket and don't be a fool.. from now on when you get pulled over.. put your windows down.

wow they did that in warrenton? haha i thought the only ones around here with tint tickets were the anal haymarket cops, they got my roommate 3 timies now lol

Funny, I don't think I've ever even seen the Warrenton PD? Usually I just see State Troopers around here.
