I can say that the Subaru meets at starbucks are one of the most responsible ones I have seen in Richmond in a long time. No asshatery and burnouts. No fighting or racing in parking lots, etc. People actually go inside and eat/drink and talk about cars...the actual intent of a meet anyways.
