lol, he wasn't paying the rent. Glenda still owns the building aparently. So they got shut down. I just came back from there (had to get my w2) and the place is pretty much completely empty. I hear Bugsy is opening a shop not far from there, doing his normal work from there, and he's wanting to talk to me about doing some work there, but it would take a hell of a deal to get me away from where i'm at now.
i guess i did pretty ok staying afloat for almost 5 years with no loans or financial backing..till i got yoked that is.

lol, tryin to get ahold of the chick that has them. i rode down to shakers yesterday, but she wasn't working. i'll try again today. need to get them so i can send them to the horse.

i may have something for ya, actually. have to make a phone call or 3, but i know a guy that had a pair of 'em sitting in his backyard rotting away. might be able to get em for nothin, just to get them out of his yard. (i once got a running 289 ford from the same guy, he's got alot of crap in his yard, and 9 times out of 10, he's happy for someone to just take it so he doesn't have to look at it any more)

Yeah, went by Brickhouse/ 7 Cities just a little bit ago. The inside of the shop is 'bout empty. The back lot is...looks wierd without any junkyard...been there as long as I can remember!
Guess back to doing things the hard way. There is a guy on CF that used Z1000 lines, but he had to modify them as well.
