I'm a little pissed off about the mounts not fitting. It doesn't seem to be hitting the hood now that it's on the ground and not 5 feet off it at a 60 degree angle.

I thought that when you did that swap you needed to use the SIR hood.. I thought there was a difference in the shape of the hood

edit: Sorry, maybe that is on the earlier cars

I had the same problem, it was bad motor mounts. Make sure all your mounts are good and your motor isnt coming up to hit your hood...

MegaH_MaN has a little shameless behaviour in the past

how much space do you need? I had a friend with a b16CRX with the same problem. So he went dremmel happy on the underside of the hood. He just cut the thick parts of the hood so you couldnt tell unless you loked underneath.
