92 civic eg hatch rolling shell

Up for sale is a 92 civic cx eg hatch shell , the car is in decent condition , Just needs a lil body work , i have finished most of it and will be posting more pics , the car has a clear title, now onto list of mods:
exterior:
Jdm head lights w/ city lights and black corners $75
smoked oem tail lights,
Megan racing rear lower control arms $175
Drop zone struts and coilovers $250
carbon fiber eyelids $75
set of mixmatch konig black with machined lip 15 inch rims

i am interested but only one thing makes me curious and thatis if it is a true cx hatch why does ithave holes where the side molding goes, cx's dont have those holes. also would you take 1,000 for it if so i am very interested and will but when i get my paycheck
