Here is the chart from skunk2; but tanabe has three different types of springs you should check them out, but skunk2 has the lowest drop with out you going to coilovers, hope this helps.

ok i think i've found what i'm lookin for. I've got H&R, Dropzone, Nuespeed, and Skunk2 all with 2 inches or greater drop on my car. Anyone have any first hand experience with any of these to kinda make my decision a little easier? Right now, im definitely leaning towrds the skunks

I would recommend the tanabe df210 for what you are looking for. I have them on stock shocks, no camber kit and full master bushing kit and I love them. Great drop, tucking a good bit and really good ride quality for how low imo.

H&R Race will give you what you're looking for. They won't ride as good as the S-Techs and they'll be a little harder on your shocks but you'll surely be glad you got rid of the S-Techs.

Like stated before the H&Rs will give you a good drop, I didin't even think of these before, but the skunk2s will have a similar ride quality. I would recommend upgrading to at least some gas shocks, those will help with your ride quailty, plus you won't have to deal with any blown struts.
