Found home in Virginia Beach for sale by owner, need realtor to help me put in an offer asap.

you don't use a realtor in a for sale by owner transaction. unless you're willing to pay above and beyond what they're asking in order to pay the realtor's commission

all that being said here is a name of a good real estate team in vb

I did the same thing, bought my house from a dude selling it on craigslist. He didn't have a real estate agent, so I got one. I had to pay them the commission and such, but I wouldn't have had the time to figure out everything I needed to do paperwork wise and all that shit. Plus they knew what to look for a hell of a lot more then I did, and got the guy down in price for some crap I would have never known about, plus made the dude fix some things that I didn't know about either.

The agent I used was:

Jeannine Hovanak
Judy Boone Realty
757-470-3101

They took care of everything so I didn't have to miss too much work to get the damn thing done.
