I'm sorry abou the axle man, but he's right, you gotta beat the shit out of it. I've seen mechs who had to superheat the steering nuckle in order to get the bitch out. Good luck. You gan get a hoist from ABZ rentals on Rt. 17 for about 40 overnight, and when you return it, you get 20 back.

 

I always have to beat the shit out of those things. The best is getting the honda separator tool, but a pickle fork works too but it may dammage the rubber a bit. You can borrow one from Autozone.

 

I have a pickle fork. I really don't want to use it if I don't have to

 

just use it! i have done mine 3 times and they still aren't in bad shape.
