it has p30 pistons and its obd1 they come in obd2 its a gsr

 

well today i did a leakdown test and did a compression test myself just to confirm
i didn't write down all the numbers because everything was pretty much perfect except number 2 cyl.

Leak down test shows me that the rings are gone on it but all the other cylinders are good.

^^^^ i don't noe much about hondas anymore, i am more of a toyota guy. The Block says B18C and the vave cover is red.

Compression and and leak down test shows that all cylinders are in good condition except number 2. I will take the Engine out and the head apart this weekend to confirm what kind of pistons and if its a type r or a jdm GSR.

ok removed the engine yesterday and it say b18c i am leaning more towards a GSR just to be sure. here is a pic

took the head off and the tranny. it has p72 pistons there for its a JDM GSR nothing wrong with the block just one piston has a bad ring so this is an easy fix for someone trying to build a motor and it's rdy for pick up
