Thats ridiculous. Not every tattoo artist is the same. Mine does great work and I think im getting a great deal. My piece has alot of detail and color and I dont think you can make a judgement on if im getting ripped off without knowing what it is. I looked at lots of tattoo places before i made my decision on where to go. Cheaper does not equal better

i think Joey is getting a bunch done by him as well

I've always liked your fire and ice style forearms, but the tribal elsewhere is sort of up in the air for me. All that matters is that you're happy with it, but man, that's some dedication to tribal!

The forearms are pretty intense though!

We're gonna have to throw a few drinks back before you head to LV.

There are a lot of things that I'd like to get a bargain on, but tattoo's are not on that list. Tires, oil changes, toilet paper, lunch, shoes, etc. Permanent ink on my body? Not so much.

I'd rather pay twice as much and get twice as much.

That way you get exactly what you wanted in the first place.

That being said Daniel at Star city does the most amazing color work I’ve seen. I got mine done by Tom Little at Alexs and he did a damn good job but the work I’ve seen from Daniel just looks like it’s on a entirely different level from everyone else.
I was more talking about going around looking who will do it at a cheaper price. Now if money isn't a problem "which the OP didn't say" then yeah I agree go to a high end shop. Either way I dont care cause I get them for free.

You're basically just backing up what you originally said, which is that you would go around to see who has cheaper prices. It's not about money, regardless. It's about quality.

I can picture you having some sort of chinese kanji characters on your neck seeing as you're a pitbull breeder.. Pictures of your free ink please, Lil Scrappy.

Well it's what the OP wants to do in the end. I'am just saying you can get a half sleeve for much cheaper then 1500 + tips if you look around.

Sure I could have gotten it cheaper but the drawing and quality wouldnt have been as good. Here you tell me if I could have gotten this for cheaper for just as good of quality:
