yeah the sticky weights, get mounted to the inside of the rim... there is no other way to balance them, with out one of the 2 weights

 

There's a setting on the tire machine that I used for inside lip only. They say sticky weights fall off after so long. But what I think it is is people don't clean the rim before the slap em' on. And you have all that dust and dirt in between. So if you don't want that shit to be seen you got a choice, sticky, or inside lip.

 

I've never ONCE had a problem with sticky weights. I've used them on every set of wheel I've owned.

Are you talking about static balancing? Some wheels don't have the lip that you can place a weight on...
