Wow, that's an ugly duckling. Kinda cool though. I'd have to see it with some wheels on it.
A 302 Ford and 8" rear would double the weight of that car, that thing looks super light.
How about a twin turbo V6, it would be shorter than a V8 and aluminum blocks are easier to come by. Probably not as light as an F20, but much more torque.
Sounds like fun though..
You could really fuck with people and do something weird like an STi swap (with a RWD tranny from something else)...
