Well yes with 30k you can get engine mod but you are just one of those wanna be and copy cat instead of damn unique person who wants to trick their ride in their own taste instead of following what all these people dude.

1) Take some English classes. It shouldn't take 3 re-readings to understand what the heck your blathering about.
2) 30k didn't just go into the engine mods. Although it does have a beautiful GTE swap. It also has a clean l-tuned body kit, piaa wheels and coilovers... But why am I telling you this? Your obviously an OG IS modifier, you probably already knew that!
3) Modify to your taste, no ones faulting that. Peoples issue here is the flagrant inflation of price and over charging of customers. Its not the ride, I have seen far worse... I was merely pointing out what the customer could have had some place else where its not 240$ and hour to work on the car.

I thought the JDM trend sweeping America was the lack of a body kit. Granted I guess you can't have a "showcar" without putting an outrageous bodykit on it, but if you're advertising to try to get business, why would you advertise that? Advertise something people want, like the current JDM trend- slammed, front lip, and here's the important part- motor work. Since when does a bolt-on exhaust qualify as impressive- especially for a shop? I'm 18 years old and already I'm building an engine in my garage- is this really the best that a "modification shop" has to offer?

at least we're getting people on both sides of the debate here. But I was just pointing out that if there are people who can build engines while in high school, I know that a performance shop can do much bigger things- which goes back to my original point about advertising: why don't they advertise their best work to this audience?
