They took my parts last week, then my brothers co-workers 2 days later. Both were civic si's. They only got my turbo kit since my transmission was out

rockville, the group of spanish guys (no offense to anyone) who hangs out up there. It was a car with a very custom paint job and the retards took his front bumper and put it on his car with his headlights and all his other shit.
I went up to the car and snatched the front plate off the car and eventually had a gun pulled on me. The guy didn't park his car at home again when we went looking, and I was told he sold it very soon after.
Cops didn't do anything about it at all. They said they had a case against the guy, but they dropped it. Cops said they are going to test fingerprints from my car but if they return with no match; case dropped.
It's like if you don't have a criminal record, stealing parts is the business to be in. They drop the case if prints don't match.

how many cars do these guys have to steel parts for, it's not like they are getting right back on here and selling them out, they have to be sold into a small network of people.
