its legal to be a bounty hunter, yes, but he got arrested for having blue strobes and NOT being a cop.

it is illegal to have blue strobes installed if you are not law enforcement and it is illegal to have red strobes if you are not fire/ems. everyone else gets amber strobes. hence why you see amber strobes on VDOT vehicles, VMS vehicles, roll backs, tow trucks etc.

I spotted a older f355 spyder on powhite. It was a FAT ass redneck guy driving it, with a hot ass young girl in his passenger seat, shit was slow as fuck.

 

I saw Strychnine's car this morning around 11:00 on Cary. Only thing was there was an older lady driving.

on my way home from Colonial Heights I heard this spooling/bov loked around and it was an all black protegé wagon, black wheels, DARK windows, HID's and front-mount, sounded good too, smelled like it was runnin a little on the lean side though...then I also spotted him on courthouse a couple days ago..right near Hull intersection. Clean car!

 

I saw a black 240sx hatch in Ashland. It was boosted, or appeared to be. The stock bumper was cut around to fit the FMIC. Looked like it had a Apexi N1 exhaust.
