Spirit of Norfolk... Fancy dress, dance floor, DJ, buffet, Alcohol, and a show.
Get the romance package for the extra stuff, flowers and champagne....
Also rent a room a the closest hotel in Norfolk for a little extra fun.
IF you really want to baller it up... Tell her to dress fancy(actual dress) you wear a suit...get a limo and dont tell her where your going.

But in any case.. Thank you for all the ideas, and I appreciate the serious responses to help. I only posted here because I didn't know where else to go to for a place like what I was looking for, and I figured since most of you guys had wives or girlfriends you would know of some classy areas. I think I am going to take WillSol's idea and get the limo and hotel and the romance package. Ill do this in the next couple months and I'll let yall know how it goes. It'll be something yall can laugh about. I take pride in being a comedian
