It's a waste of perfectly good wheel width that could otherwise be giving you traction..

Here is a "correct size" tire on a sportmax 501 15x8+15 (225/50/15) vs the tire patch on a 185 (or 195 can't remember):

Stretching the tire is both dangerous and silly. Nothing screams, "I have neither horsepower or traction" like a stretched tire.

The wheels those tires are mounted on aren't even close to the same size.

And if you don't have horsepower you probably have plenty of traction.

Not everybody is looking for a track tire.

I never posted asking what you thought about it, because I dont give a fuck what you think..... I needed clearance because the car is very low and the tires I had on my other wheels rubbed pretty bad. Again, thanks DAVE22 for the help. I dont know why anyone else even posted. I got tires already .
