Theres a WhatABurger in Newport News, on Jefferson..but it's not the chain, its a family owned kinda thing, somewhat like Five Guys.

Like I've been saying all along, In-And-Out is NOT good. The only people who go there are Mexicans and out-of-towners.

But I did check out this Pollo loco place and even though its Mexican it has some things I might try.
The chicken not being covered in fucking BEANS or a tortilla looking like baby vomit is a good start.
