Default teenager (under 18) racing.

my son has just received his license, he loves racing, but i want to keep him off the street. my question for all of you is... are there any place in hampton roads/ richmond that my son can take his car around the track with my consent/signature?

ps: hes driving my old 03 sentra spec v its blue w/ a cf hood, loud straight pipe exhaust and blacked out head/taillamps...if you see him, do not race him, if he tries to race you, tell him to go home.

Lull. Take his license. Problem solved. Or you could let him get a ticket and learn the hard way.

hes a good kid, just likes speed, would rather start him off with the right morals or ideas before he gets into the whole street racing thing, plus if he got a ticket, its just another day i have to take off work and go to court.

Your son can drive at any of these "go, stop, turn, repeat" (i.e. not oval, not drag) events:

http://www.nasaracing.net/autox.htm

http://www.nasaracing.net/sched_regis.htm

Although your presence is usually required in addition to your consent/signature.

Hope it helps,

Jon
