Type-R Spec Cams B18c 150$

I have a set of 2 brand new never opened type-r cams with valvesprings and retainers, this is the XS power kit. I will include everything shipped for 150$ US ONLY. I bought this kit off ebay and realized my head needs machine work which I cannot afford.

R these actual Honda cams or knockoffs? The title says type r spec and in the post it says type r? By the price I'm going to assume they are knock offs? If so nevermind I'm str8
If they are Honda r they usdm or jdm?
