Mine would do something like that too, but my idle would be sparadic at times too. I had the P05 ecu in it when it was having idle problems, but I just put in a P28 ecu and it went away. I don't know if that will help you, but I'm just throwing that out there.

im gonna try to tighten the cable more if i could i think i already did that and i havent check for a vacume leak yet but ill make sure to do that to

hey i had this problem mine was cause by a few things first its my purge shut off valve for not shutting off and my disturbitor timing and i had to adjust my throttle cable but i losen mine ,,i say if u tighten it would raise the idle and losen to lower the air n gas flow jus a suggestion
