ok now i have a problem...... there is no wire coming out of the harness at pin 3 and the vtec wire is just stuffed into pin 6 but there are no metal conectors in the harness connector at pin 3 or pin 6

That engine should have a knock sensor on it, the previous owner must have sold it. OBD0 PR3 and PW0 have a knock sensor board I'm fairly sure, so that OBD0 B16 should have a knock sensor on it.

where?? i don't think it does.... plus even if it does the ecu harness doesn't have a pin 3 wire because the teggy was an obd1 ls factory without a knock sensor

you need to pin the ecu from d3 to the knock sensor.

ok people.... it is a b16a obd-0 which doesn't have a knock sensor, so there is no knock sensor to hook to and there is no female pin inside the harness at pin d3 seeing as the car was an obd-1 LS again with no knock sensor.... how can i jump a ground wire through the harness to pin d3 without having to buy a whole new harness just to snatch out 2 female pins to put into the harness that i already have

Ok, let's try this again.

OBD0 B16s are supposed to have a knock sensor, and apparently someone removed yours, which is fine. You'll need to get the P30 chipped so you can run a modified program with the knock sensor disabled. You could also use a P28 (which is the exact same ECU minus the knock sensor board, and with a different stock program in it) chipped to use a P30 program with the knock sensor disabled.

If you just want to rig a ground up and call that fine, you'll have to get a wire from someone else to put in that spot. While you're at it, you might as well put actual pins on the other wires that you say are missing them.. If you can't get anyone to play ball, there are some places on the internet that will sell individual crimp pins or a length of wire terminated with a crimp pin.

PM me and I'll help you out; I'll let you know how. It doesn't involve me actually touching the car, so don't get your hopes up.
I just don't want everyone else asking for the same thing. Cryptic, I know.. but for a reason.

i looked to motor up and down and didn't see any extra sensor anywhere.... i was told that if i ground out the d3 pin it will prevent the cel from coming on and that was pretty much all i was looking to do about the knock sensor because whomever wired this up did the same thing to the vtec pins and i'm not sure its working... they just stuffed wires into the back of the harness and assumed it was making connection but when i took it apart i don't think they are and i'm not sure everything is working properly.... the car runs just fine other then it needing an alternator and an iac motor. its just i want this car to be right and have no problems. i have already gone through and redone the motor i just have to work out all the little kinks that it has... to tell you the truth i don't know a thing about chipping ecu's or wiring in things that weren't there before and by that matter i've never done a vtec into non vtec swap
