Drove one in Buffalo for July 4 and took it to Niagara, great SUV IMO.

I work on Hondas as a tech. Pilots are one of the most problem free vehicles to service.

IMO, Expeditions are ugly fuckin' boats. The only things missing from them (Expeditions) are port/stbd running lights and a mast to haul up the ensign. I gladly traded in my '02 E.B. Expedition for my '04 Pilot.

I'll never pull more than a 4-wheeler or watercraft. I agree though, is serious towing is on your list of needs, don't visit your local Honda dealership.

I like the '09 too. I didn't at first but it grew on me pretty quickly. The interior is awesome in the new ones. I'll probably trade ours for an '09 in a year or so.

Absolutely. I just picked it up from the shipping company today. They scratched the living hell out of the driver's side door and rear 1/4 panel though, so I'm dropping it off at Stock or Modified to get painted this Friday (thanks Joey). It'll be back to form here shortly. Although I will say after spending a few days driving my old man's 911 turbo, the S2000 feels..... slow.

Agreed. If it wasn't for the extra space requirement, we'd have a RAV4. The latest one's are actually pretty damn quick.

Grassyass. We're still getting settled in, but we'll have to get up with you guys soon. We'll have internet this Friday so we'll get in touch then. We got new phones, but I don't know the numbers yet. Expect some sort of "hello" by this weekend.

It's honestly the only vehicle I've ever owned that I've never had one single regret about.

The gas mileage was my major point, and having been in both an Expedition (standard length) and my pilot back to back, there's not much room difference. The long Exped is just too long. It wouldn't fir in our garage. For me personally, the Honda seats are more comfortable as well, that's subjective though.

Why so confused pussycat? I got 4+ mpg more than your Jeep in a vehicle that is substantially bigger, quicker, quiter, more comfortable, and more reliable. I know it's not an offroad vehicle by any means though, so no need to point that out to me.

The real point of this thread was to say we're back and hello to the people that know us anyway. The Pilot thing was just a...... buffer.
