FWIW...it's LHD so it's unlikely that it was built in Japan. Judging by the tires, I'm saying drag but it does look like something you'd see on a time attack course.

 

Generally people don't run Penske coilovers on drag cars...nor do they run massive slicks all the way around....nor do they build all carbon cars with massive downforce inducing spoilers. The car is serious business and is probably scary as fuck on the track. I bet that turbo is on low boost (20psi ish) and the car makes like 550whp around 4500-5k and like ~700whp at like 8k, lol. I'm not sure why they didn't go for a smaller turbo though....probably because they were like fuck it, lets build the scariest fucking Supra ever!
