I figured I would try to save as many wheels and frontends as I can. When you leave Norfolk on 264 stay in the right two lanes, the left two lanes have some half done repairs that are tearing cars up right now. I just lost a front left tire and wheel. I also seen atleast four other cars pulled over with either frontend damage or damaged wheels. I am not positive of the exact location. I do know it is before the military exit, I want to say where the highway curves a little. I just got home 5pm 09/09. There were vdot vans on the shoulder but they didnt have the road closed.
if there are that many cars and its that bad....go after the city to pay for the damage....it will be a hard road to follow, but do-able....thanks for the input though...and the potholes are there due to last night....the construction crews were out there with jackhammers...(i almost hit them in the tow truck)...and i believe it is 264 Eastbound between the Mil Hwy exit and Chesapeake exit..but im not sure...now THERE ARE also one on 64 from hampton to va beach....right by the Military highway/Robin Hood road eits...
