My sis's 1996 Acura 2.5TL broke it's harmonic balancer.

We are going to buy it from the dealer, becuase believe it or not, but it's actually the cheapest.

What are some quality, low price, and honest Honda shops that could do this?

all u do is jack the car up and remove the dust sheilds and get a impact and remove the crank bolt and the few belts and replace the crank pulley...its not hard..

 

1. dont have an impact drill.
2. I have the Acura service manual, and it calls for a 50mm hex wrench to HOLD the pulley while you crank on the 19mm bolt.

 

well if you had an impact it would spin it off...oh well i can do it for about 160 but im in hampton..

 

do you work for a shop, or own a shop? I'm looking for someone with a business license, business insurance, and a warranty.

2. I'm not working on it.
3. I still need the 50mm hex bolt tool from Honda.
4. I work on cars every free second I get. I am capable of doing it, I just dont want to.
