There's a guy on S2ki selling Koni/GC setups for $915. Add in an alignment and you'll be at $1000. There's another $400 you can free up on your estimates. You aren't going to need corner balancing on a street car.

In all honesty I was thinking about that, but I have nowhere near the money for that. Maybe when I graduate and start getting paid actual money.
