A thicker headgasket will lower compression, (.030 is stock honda i believe) Cometic makes em from .026~ to like .120 I think.
But as stated by jarrod id be more concerned about who installed the blockguard and if its dont correctly, they are very easy to mess up.

dammit ur right it is stock thickness..oh well get low comp piston...and wat is the right way to install the gaurd?? isnt the stock bore 81mm

Dont mess with a thicker head gasket nor the blockguard.... even stock pistons will be fine for mild boost. Just make sure you get a decent tuning unit....
