i think nbc got there later as you can see they had removed the white transformer from out of the front seat of the car. maybe the car was moved......in the update you posted the rear wheel looks to be a split spoke wheel...i dunno thought, it has to be the same car, possibly just shifted from when the pics were take and maybe the front wheel was destroyed since the front got most of the impact. shits crazy though

 

it is the same car i was there. he was one of my best friends we got there right when they started to move all the stuff of the car.

thats what was estimated, the cop following him apparently didnt turn on his lights to avoid a high speed chase scenario but it looks like that didnt matter
